[résolu]barre des taches qui disparait, pc infecté - Sécurité, virus et assimilés::Virus

voilà, comme le dit le titre, depuis hier, ma barre des taches (démarrer...) disparait et reapparait comme si elle clignotait

quand elle est visible je peux ouvrir mon explorateur windows et voir mes raccourcis bureau, et quand elle disparait ... plus rien, je n'arrive pas à garder de fichier ouvert à part les pages internet (quand j'ai le temps de cliquer sur le raccourcis...)

voilà, j'ai fait un scan en ligne avec kaspersky et il détecte des virus (le mien n'a rien détecté : c'est ESET smart security , il semble etre désactivé et je n'arrive pas a le refaire fonctionner)

bref je n'y comprends rien, et j'ai peur de perdre tous mes fichiers qui sont importants pour moi ! voilà, j'ai besoin de votre aide pour nettoyer mon pc

Bonjour,

Télécharge Hijackthis (de Trend Micro) sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer l'installation.

Clique sur Install.

Double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis qui vient d'être créé pour le lancer.

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Yes.

Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

Poste ici le rapport généré.

Note : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.log

Aide : Comment utiliser HijackThis.

le problème c que je n'ai pas accès au bureau (les icones ne s'affichent pas et je ne peux même pas faire de click droit sur le bureau
je ne peux pas utiliser le raccoucis pour ouvrir l'explorateur windows non plus

Tu vis en Afrique ?

Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer :

Clique sur < inclued picture >

Clique maintenant sur J'accepte.

Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.

Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.

Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail

Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.

AIDE : Tuto sur le scan en ligne

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Télécharge Combofix de sUBs

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Redémarre en mode sans échecs

Note : /!\ Ne jamais redémarrer en mode sans échec via msconfig ! /!\

Déconnecte-toi d’internet, ferme tous les programmes en cours.

Double-clic sur combofix.exe ( le .exe peut ne pas apparaître ).

Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.

Laisse combofix travailler : ne fais donc pas autre chose en même temps ! Et surtout ne clique pas sur la fenêtre avec ta souris au risque de planter le PC.

Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport. Il se trouve ici : C:\Combofix.txt

==> Copie/colle un nouveau rapport HiJackThis avec.

au secours

j'ai désactivé les protections résidentes comme indiqué sur ton tuto
et en démarrant en mode sans échec : mon bureau est tout noir

et toujours pas de barre des taches ... je ne peux donc pas exécuter combofix... c'est mort?

désolée de double poster... (je suis sur un pc portable c'est mon pc de bureau qui est infecté) j'ai lancé combofix avant d'aller lire le tuto... ce qui fait que je n'ai pas fait ceci :

si j'ai bien compris le but est de créer un nouveau point de restauration (en sachant que je n'ai plus le CD de récupération et que je n'ai aucun point de restauration sur mon pc de valide) dois-je refaire marcher combofix après avoir installé la console de récupération?

PS :combofix en est à 43 étapes alors que sur le lien ils parlent de 41 étapes... est-ce normal?

Pas de souci pour la console de récup, ne t'inquiète pas. Je ne t'ai pas demandé de l'installer, donc ne le fais pas

Le tuto date un peu, depuis l'outil a été mis à jour, donc il peut y avoir plus d'étapes que prévues.

Surtout ne fais rien d'autre et laisse combofix travailler, sinon tu risques de planter le PC.

installe un antivirus : je te conseille antivir, gratuit et performant :super:

Relance HijackThis, coche cette ligne :

puis :
