bonjour,
depuis peu lorsque j'ouvre mon internet explorer, une deuxieme fenetre s'ouvre automatiquement contenant divers publicité : site de rencontre, casino ou pari en lign...
je ne sais pas quoi faire et ,de nature assez "tonique", ca commence serieusement a me gonfler !!!
aidez moi svp, merci d'avance !!!!

Bonjour
- Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller
Aide : N'hésite pas à consulter l'aide HiJackThis
Puis
- Télécharge Navilog1 de IL-MAFIOSO : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
- Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
- Double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le Bureau).
Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)
Patiente jusqu'au message : *** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir. Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.
Poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
Note : Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

voila le rapport de hijack this, par contre pour navilog jai suivi les indication et lorsque je click sur l icone qui est sur le bureau, une fenetre sur fond noir aparait ou lon me demande de taper "f" pour la langue et ensuite on me dit "fichier introuvable" et ca ferme tout....donc je ne c'est pas trop quoi faire.

Désinstaller navilogfix via démarrer/paramètres/panneau de configuration / ajout supression de programme.
Puis retélécharge le.
Avant de l'installer, désactive tes protections (antivirus) puis installe le.

Comme tu es sous vista nous devons désactivé l'UAC
Désactive l'UAC-User Account Control -contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (surtout, bien penser à le réactiver après la désinfection).
* Démarrer > Panneau de Configuration
* Clique sur Comptes d'utilisateurs
* Clique à nouveau sur Comptes d'utilisateurs
*En mode d'affichage "Classique" : Panneau de configuration >> double-clique sur "Comptes d'utilisateurs")
* Clique sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs (au bas)
* Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur
* Clique Ok pour valider
(**Si l'UAC était déjà désactivé, clique "Annuler", quitte le Panneau de configuration et passe à l'étape suivante - pas de redémarrage requis)
* Tu seras invité à redémarrer l'ordinateur ; clique Ok. Ton ordinateur doit maintenant redémarrer.
Navilogfix
Note : Fermes toutes les fenêtes et applications ouvertes, désactive temporairement ton antivirus.
1. nettoyage :
Aide : Tutoriel visuel de Navilogfix : nettoyage
Double clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et laisse-toi guider.
Au menu principal, choisis 2 et valide.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre
Note : Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau
2. Suppression des certificats :
Rends-toi dans Démarrer/panneau de configuration/options internet :
- onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans "éditeurs approuvés", mais regarde ailleurs :

3. Redémarrage
Redémarres normalement et poste le rapport cleannavi.txt

- Assure toi qu'il se soit bien mis à jour avant de passer à la suite.
- Redémarre en mode sans échec :
o Redémarre ton ordinateur
o Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
o A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
o Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
o Choisis ton compte.
* Lance MBAM et sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet". Patiente le temps du scan.
* Une fois le scan terminé,clique sur "Supprimer la sélection".
Si MBAM a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok. Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau lorsqu'il s'affichera.

Avast4! est loin de te protéger efficacement. Pour te convaincre je t'invite à lire ce sujet :
Avast4! ne vous protèges plus !
Je te conseille vivement de le désinstaller Avast! et d'installer Antivir, antivirus gratuit à la place.
Désinstaller Avast4! sous vista :
Démarrer/panneau de configuration/Programmes et fonctionnalités.
Puis dans la liste choisir Avast4!
et le désinstaller.
Antivir :
Télécharger Antivir : http://www.free-av.com/en/download/download_servers.php
- Aide antivir : http://bibou0007.com/antivirus-avec-protection-en-temps-reel-f89/tutorial-avi(...)
- Après l'installation, mets le à jour - si ton firewall fait une alerte.. accepte la connexion.
- Assure toi qu'Antivir est bien à jour, vérifie la date d'update.
-- Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaitre, choisis Mode sans échec et appuie sur la touche entrée du clavier.
- Ouvre Antivir par le menu Démarrer / Programmes
- Cliquez sur l'onglet Scanner.
- Sélectionne Manual Selection
- Sélectionne le disque C
- Lance le scan - Mets en quarantaine tous les éléments détectés.
- Une fois le scan terminé Enregistre le rapport.
Redémarre en mode normal.
Poste le rapport ici accompagne-le d'un nouveau rapport hijackthis.

Nettoyage des outlis de désinfection :
Télécharge Tools Cleaner

- Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
- Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
- Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
- Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
- Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).
Puis
Nettoyage des fichiers temporaires
Télécharger Ccleaner Slim
- Installe le.
Ensuite, clique sur « Options », « Avancé » et décoche la case « Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures ». Clique sur l'onglet « Nettoyeur » puis sur « Lancer le Nettoyage ».
-Ensuite clique sur l'onglet Registre, clique sur « Chercher des erreurs » puis sur « Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées ». Sauvegarder par sécurité les clés de registre dans un répertoire que tu nommeras : regCCleaner par exemple.
N'oublie pas de réactiver UAC (voir plus haut)
Je te conseille de conserver : MalwareByte's Anti-Malware et de le passer suivant ta navigation.
Puis si tout te semble ok, edite ton premier sujet et ajout dans le titre : [Résolu]
