Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps, mon PC (vista) est très lent. Souvent, mon processeur reste au dessus de 50% d'utilisation alors que je ne fais rien. Je pense que cela est du à un virus. Mon anti virus est avast.
Est-ce que vous pouvez m'aider?
Sinon j'ai une autre petite question: à chaque fois que je démarre mon PC, windows me dit que SSBkgdUpdate est bloqué, et du coup je dois "executer le programme bloqué". Que dois je faire? est ce un programme important.

Merci pour ton conseil, je viens de désinstaller avast pour antivir. Maintenant j'attend désespérement l'aide de qq'un pour redonner une seconde jeunese à mon PC.
