salut a tous
il y a quelques semaines, j'ai fait l'acquisition d'une boutique en ligne qui est hebergee par ovh. depuis hier soir, le serveur a ete mis hors fonction car il semblerait que ma messagerie enverait des mail. il y en aurait 76000 en attente d'envoie!!!!! ces derniers jours, il me fallait pres d'une journee pour que les mails que j'envoyait arrivent et idem pour ceux qu'on m'envoie et la navigation dans l'admin de ce site etait tres lente.
quel est la source de mon probleme?
d'apres certaines personnes ce serait un acte de malveillance venant de quelqu'un qui a tout interet a ce que ce site soit mis hors circuit. es ce probable?
comment remedier a tout ca et m'en proteger?

C'est la messagerie du site (serveur mail sur ton serveur?) ou de ton PC qui est en cause?

pas la moindre idee. ces derniers jours il se passait ce que j'ai decrit et depuis hier ovh a "fermé" le serveur. si le mal vient de mon ordi ou du serveur je ne sait pas du tout.   je cherche a comprendre....

il semblerai que ce soit le serveur qui a un probleme mais je cherche aussi a en connaitre la source (mon ordi??)

Si c'est un dédié...
ton serveur mail est en open relay..
ou t'as un formulaire envoie de mail pourri..
etc.. etc..
On va pas pouvoir faire grand chose pour toi là..

le probleme est en cours d'etre reglé mais au risque de me faire insistant, j'ai tout de meme mon ordi qui rame. il ne serait pas possible de controler d'ou ca vient? de plus (je me trompe peut etre) mais si "l'infection" est parti de mon ordi.... c'est un coup a devoir recommancer dans pas longtemps...

- Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.
- Renomme le fichier HiJackThis.exe en Scanner.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HiJackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
- Tape Scanner.exe et Appuye sur la touche Entrée.
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Double-clic sur Scanner.exe
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller
