Bonjour,

Au cours d'une série de désinfection de mon ordinateur de plusieurs virus et spywares, le message "Il se peut que votre ordinateur coure un risque" de l'icône "Alertes de Sécurité de Windows" est apparu un matin, en ouvrant l'ordinateur.

J'ai remarqué que le problème a été dû au fait que l'AVAST qui était installé dans mon ordinateur est subitement devenu périmé. Alors que quelques jours plus tôt, j'avais suivi les procédures de mise à jour de la license, et la mise à jour s'est déroulé normalement.

J'ai donc installé AVG 7.0 (téléchargé gratuitement il y a longtemps, mais déjà utilisé auparavant) mais le problème est que XP ne le reconnaît pas et continue d'afficher son message d'alertes.

J'ai un laptop P4 1,6 GHz et j'utilise XP Pro SP2 version 5.1

On va vérifier cela, télécharge Hijackthis V 2.02 sur le bureau :

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe


- Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe sur le bureau

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

- ferme toutes les fenêtres, HJT doit être exécuté seul (tout autre programme fermé).

- double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis sur ton Bureau
(Pour Vista, clique droit sur le raccourci d'HijackThis sur ton Bureau, puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
- et clique sur sur Do a system scan and save a logfile pour lancer le scan

Quand le rapport apparaît dans le bloc note, allez dans Edition, puis Sélectionner Tout, le texte est alors sélectionné, retourne dans Edition toujours en laissant le texte sélectionné, et cliquez sur copier.

Dans ta prochaine réponse, faire un clic droit et coller, je procéderai a son analyse.
Ferme le bloc note et la fenêtre de HJT

Rien de suspect dans ton rapport HJT, on va vérifier si rien de caché :

Fais un scan en ligne ici http://webscanner.kaspersky.fr/ (A faire avec Internet Explorer)

- Désactive ton Antivirus avant le scan
- En bas à droite clique sur Démarrer Online-scanner dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche clique sur J'accepte
- Accepte les Contrôle ActivX

- Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan. Celui-ci terminé clique sur Enregistrer rapport sous (Choisis fichier texte)
- Poste le rapport

- Pour t'aider à utiliser le scan en ligne http://forum.pcastuces.com/kaspersky_online_scanner___tutoriel-f31s10.htm
- Si tu as un probléme pour l'installation du Contrôle ActivX lis ceci http://www.inoculer.com/activex.php3


NOTE : Si tu reçoit le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée"
Via Ajout/Suppression de programmes supprime Kaspersky Online Scanner et refaire l’installation.

J'ai recherché les commandes éventuelles pour désactiver AVG, mais je ne les ai pas trouvées. D'ailleurs, je n'arrive pas à trouver les commandes pour désactiver la protection résidente non plus. La version que j'utilise est ancienne et en anglais !

D'autre part, je ne suis pas arrivé à le télécharger dans ma session actuelle car j'ai des droits réduits.

Je télécharge donc à partir de la session administrateur. Si j'effectue le scan à partir de la session administrateur en suivant tes instructions, est ce que ça fera l'affaire ?

L'installation échoue à chaque fois pour les deux motifs suivants : vous devez jouir des droits d'administrateur (alors que je fais l'opération dans la session administrateur) et le niveau de sécurité doit être configuré sur moyen (c'était personnalisé auparavant, et je l'ai ramené à Moyen).

J'ai essayé trois fois le lien avec KAV online, et ça a échoué car la connexion a été interrompue à chaque fois (je n'ai pas de connexion permanente, je suis à moins de 56KBPS/s et le téléchargement des 34000 bits de fichiers de KAV prend beaucoup de temps)

J'ai essayé deux fois le lien avec bitdefender, mais sans succès, probablement pour des problèmes de sécurité et activeX. Je vais exploiter le tutoriel en espérant y arriver

Finalement, l'installation de KAV online scan a réussi !

Et après avoir lancé le scan sur le poste de travail, KAV n'a rien trouvé. Bizarre : le rapport est vide, il n'y a pas une ligne.

Scanner avec AVG 7.0 ne me semble pas approprié : c'est un anti-virus que je n'arrive pas à mettre à jour, probablement en raison de sa vétusté.

Au fait, j'ai oublié un truc : il me semble que lors du précédent nettoyage de mon PC accompli par "no.ppp", on a enlevé un virus dont le nom, si je me souviens bien, est ctfmon.exe

J'ai finalement réussi à télécharger Antivir 2008 (version gratuite).

Avant de l'avoir complètement téléchargé, j'avais installé Avast Free, et mis à jour sa base de données (je n'avais pas réussi à mettre à jour AVG 7.0, probablement parce que cette version n'est plus utilisée) et ... le message d'alerte de sécurité de Windows a disparu, car il a reconnu Avast

Dois-je encore installer Antivir ? ou faire autre chose

Au fait, je travaille avec une version non mise à jour de IE6, pourrais-tu m'indiquer comment on le met à jour ?

Je reviens vers toi après de nombreuses péripéties. J'espère que tu es toujours dans le "circuit".

J'ai finalement réussi à télécharger Antivir, à mettre à jour sa base de définition virale et à faire un scan de mon ordi. Ci-dessous, tu trouveras le rapport.

Je voudrais te signaler que (déjà avant l'installation de Antivir)mon ordi est devenu lent, j'ai des bugs fréquents lorsque je suis connecté au net, et que je plante beaucoup plus souvent qu'auparavant.

Autre chose, les commandes d'exécution automatique ne fonctionnent plus : lorsque je branche mon flash, ou un CD, il n'ouvre pas automatiquement l'explorateur bien que ce soit l'option choisie. Bizarre.

Mettre à jour Windows ici :

Une fois la mise à jour de Windows terminé, télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau ici :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenue des deux rapports, log.txt et info.txt(réduit dans la barre des tâches) à la fin de l’analyse

Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

Salut Dédétraqué,

J'ai essayé de télécharger le SP3 de XP mais sans succès. Je n'ai pas de connexion haut débit, c'est peut-être la raison. Il faut télécharger un fichier dont la taille est de 66 Mo au moins, et j'ai échoué à chaque fois. Sur ce point, je vais essayer de trouver un Vista plus tard et le charger sur mon ordi.

Pouvons-nous tout de même avancer avec RSIT ?

J'ai réussi à installer SP3 !
Le problème, par contre, est qu'à l'issue de l'intallation, la boîte de dialogue suivante apparaît lorsque je lance windows :

Boîte de dialogue AirGCFG.exe – Point d'entrée introuvable
Le point d'entrée de procédure apsGetInterfaceCount est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique wlanapi.dll

Mais bon, Windows semble fonctionner normalement pour le moment.

T'as du nouveau ?

J'ai pas encore eu le temps de voir pour le problème du SP3. Pour le moment, je ne subis pas de désagrément majeur sur le fonctionnement global de mon laptop, alors ce n'est pas dramatique. Juste cette boîte de dialogue qui apparaît à chaque démarrage de Windows.

Pourrais-tu m'aider à updater IE ? j'ai souvent des bugs et c'est gênant de subir tout le temps la fermeture intempestive de toutes les fenêtres IE ouvertes.
