Bonjour,
Voilà, j'ai deux enfants qui ont accès librement au PC de maison. Depuis le WE dernier, impossible de redémarrer normalement ce PC. Dès que la session s'ouvrais, le PC s'éteignait et redémarrait sans pouvoir réouvrir la session et aisni de suite. Mes enfants jouent sur réseau, et téléchargent énormément de fichiers et de jeux.
J'avais donc décidé de GHOSTER mon disque C pour faire table rase et repartir à zéro, mais là, problème, la partition qui acceuillait mes GHOST est endommagée. Tanpis, alors j'ai réussi à démarrer en mode sans echec et j'ai manuellement reussi à désinstaller tout les programmes et fichier de la partition des enfants en gardant quelques image, vidéo et musique pour moi inoffensives.
Voilà ma question, je vais recréer un GHOST pour le cas où. Et j'aurais voulu nettoyer mon pc afin de repartir sur des bonnes bases si cela devait se faire.
Autre problème, j'ai AVAST, et certain d'entre vous déconseille son utilisation en vue d'utiliser AVG. Mais je suis chez ORANGE, et je suis connecté avec la LIVE BOX, il parait qu'il y a des Problèmes pour l'installation d' AVG à ce sujet.
Qui aurait assez de temps et de patience pour me guider dans ce nettoyage et dans l'installation eventuelle d'un nouveau antivirus gratuit et performant ?
Je viens de reussir à démarrer mon PC normalement et pour l'instant ça à l'air de tenir.

antispyware: avg (recommandé)et spybot(1seul résident mais sont complémentaire pour les scans)
Parefeu: au choix?
Installer Ccleaner pour faire du ménage.
Mode normal;
Scan antivirus,antispyware : 1fois par semaine
Ccleaner : 1fois par semaine
Défragmentation :1fois par mois( pas avec celui programme de wondows)
Mode sans echec:
Scan antivirus,antispyware: 1fois par moi
Ccleaner:1fois par moi
moi c'est ma procedure
cependant tu as avast donc la probabilité que le pc soit infecté est grande surtout avec des enfants ayant libre access!

Clique alors sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
Le scan se fait très rapidement, puis un bloc-note apparaît
(le "logfile")
Dans ce bloc-note, va dans "Edition", puis "Selectionner Tout",
le texte est alors séléctionné, retourne dans "Edition" toujours
en laissant le texte séléctionné, et clique sur copier.

télécharge GenProc http://www.alt-shift-return.org/Info/Fichiers/GenProc.zip sur ton bureau
dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat < inclued picture > et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Rapport GenProc 0.72 [1] effectué le 20/11/2007 à 17:04:04,12 - SystemRoot = C:\WINDOWS
Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.
# Etape 1/ Télécharge :
- SmitfrauFix de S!Ri: Moe et Balltrap34 http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
* double-clique sur le fichier "smitfraudfix.exe" et choisis l’option 1, il va lister tous les éléments nuisibles dans un rapport : poste le maintenant.
***** Copie ce qui suit dans un fichier texte et redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windowsserver2003/fr/library/Ser(...) (choisis ta session courante "Bruno") *****
# Etape 2/
Double-clique sur le fichier "SmitfraudFix.exe" et choisis l’option 2, réponds oui à tout et laisse-le procéder. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton bureau.
# Etape 3/
Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.
# Etape 4/
Redémarre normalement et poste :
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis, toutes fenêtres et applications fermées http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HiJackThis.exe ;
- Le rapport SmitfraudFix que tu as sauvegardé sur ton bureau ;
Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

Relance SmitfraudFix et choisis cette fois l’option 2 et réponds oui à chaque question
3) Redémarre en mode normal

Attention aux vidéos piratés qui demandé des logiciels vérolés!!

Voila c'est bon je te conseil vivement de changer d'antivirus avast étant devenu pas terrible.
Mets Avira qui me semble etre bon ( tous les helpeurs de ce forum ont le meme conseil)

Pour désinstaller Avast: http://www.avast.com/fre/avast-uninstall-utility.html
Une fois Avira installer le mettre à jour puis:
redemarre en mode sans echec et effectue 1scan
post le rapport!

momo66 voila c'est bon plus infecté le scan a peut etre duré pas moins de 2h30 et au moins ton pc est clean!
