[Résolu] Présence Bagle, impossible d'installer antivirus

Problème Wifi, impossible d'installer antivirus, écran bleu

Bonjour

Après avoir essayer de m'en sortir seul, je n'arrive pas à trouver la solution à mon problème. symptomes(apparus du jour au lendemain):


-Wifi fonctionne mais ne me laisse pas la possibilité de choisir mon réseau ("veuillez consulter l'article 871122 de la base windows", j'ai suivi les recommandations de microsoft mais je me retrouve avec une erreur quand je tente de modifier les données du registre...)
-plus de restauration système disponible
-AntiVir a été suprimé (les exécutables) impossible de le réinstaller, impossible d'installer spybot ou équivalent, ni d'antivirus, mise à part ad-aware 2007 qui fonctionne et qui m'a trouvé un malware nommé "beagle"... mais impossible de l'éradiquer.
-et cerise sur le gateau , j'ai un écran bleu quand je tente de démarrer en mode sans échec, impossible de le lire il n'apparait qu'une fraction de seconde...

Par contre tout le reste fonctionne bien, je vous écris même de mon Pc infecté en ce moment via un cable ethernet.

J'ai essayé les antivirus en ligne, de lire les témoignages d'autres personnes mais je n'ai trouvé aucune solution.

Pouvez vous m'aider ou m'indiquer si le formatage est la seule solution...

Clique sur le Descargar Elibagla afin de télécharger le fichier, enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Lance le en double cliquant dessus.
Vérifie que dans le menu déroulant Unidad, il y ait bien C:\
L'option Eliminar Ficheros Automaticamente doit également être cochée.
Clique sur Explorar pour lancer l'analyse.
Poste le rapport généré en fin fin d'analyse

Bien, on continue

AVG Anti-Rootkit. tu le met sur ton bureau
Téléchargement :

http://beta.grisoft.cz/beta/betarep.files/antirootkit/AVG_AntiRootkit_1.0.0.1(...)

Double-clique sur le fichier AVG_AntiRootkit_1.0.0.13.exe (tu le trouvera sur ton bureau)
Accepte la licence.
puis sur Next puis Install
Redémarre ton ordinateur.

Lance AVG Anti-Rootkit
Clique sur Search for rootkit
s'il trouve des objets infectés
Clique sur Save result to file.
Puis sur /Perform in-deph search avg anti-rootkit
et poste les rapports.

AVG ne détecte rien, j'imagine que c'est plutôt bon signe.

J'ai tenté de réinstaller Antivir et cette fois ci ça fonctionne, j'ai retrouvé le wifi! J'ai l'impression que le soft en espagnol a éradiqué le problème J'ai fait un scan antivir après l'avoir mis à jour et voici le résultat:

Bonsoir,

Antivir est très efficace, donc il a éliminer le reste de bagle qui se trouvé dans ta restauration, mais on va la désactiver puis la réactiver pour que Bagle ne reviens de pas de nouveau

ton problème a été résolu ? plus de soucis ?

alors:

-Wifi ok
-antivirus ok
-restauration système, après désactivation/réactivation et un test, fonctionne parfaitement ok
-Antivir & spybot s'installent sans souci ok

seul problème:

C'est toujours cet écran bleu en démarage sans échec, qui n'apparait que quelques secondes...impossible de lire le message - redémarrage auto du pc
Mais c'est un problème secondaire! c'est certainement antérieur à l'inféction par bagle.

Merci en tout cas pour ton aide, j'étais à deux doigts de formater!

Peut etre un problème Hardware, des fois c'est du à des périphérique (leceteur DVD/CD, graveur...etc)

Pour terminer notre boulo

Modifie le titre de ton sujet, tu peux mettre Préscence de Bagle et puisque ton problème est réglé, ajoute RESOLU

Je c'est pas comment le faire :
Dans le premier message la ou ta expliqué le problème, clique sur Editer le message puis tu verra le titre de ton sujet et met RESOLU
