[resolu] "AVK-Erreur:pas de connexion avec le service proxy"

Bonjour,
Depuis 3 jours mon ordi ne retrouve plus le .exe de mon antispyware (Spywaredoctor) et de plus mon antivirus (AntiVirusKit)ne fonctionne plus. Quand je passe la souris sur l'icône de l'antivirus en bas à droite, j'ai ce message : "AVK-Erreur : pas de connexion avec le service proxy"

J'ai suivi ce qui avait été conseillé à un autre internaute sur cette page :

Mais rien n'y fait. Le problème persiste. Je ne peux restaurer mes données avec le point de restauration de windows. Je ne peux démarrer Win XP en mode sans echec.

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider SVP ?

Scan en ligne avec Kaspersky :[list]

Ouvre internet explorer [*]Outils [*]Options internet [*]onglet "sécurité" [*]Valide "niveau par défaut". [*]Toujours sur Internet explorer [*]Outils [*]Options internet [*]onglet "avancé" [*]valide "Paramètres par défaut". Pour effectuer les scans, ferme toute les pages internet sauf celle du scan, désactive ton antivirus, logiciels de protections et logiciels pouvant bloquer les popups (barres Google, barres Yahoo etc..). [*]Fais un Scan en ligne sur Kaspersky en utilisant Internet Explorer et pas firefox, ça ne marchera pas!.pour le scan Clique sur en bas à droite de la page.[*]Si tu es perdu, tu peux suivre cette aide pour les scans en ligne [*] Scan le poste de travail [*]Copie/colle le rapport du scan ici Note : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", vas dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes et désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne. Si le scan avec Kaspersky ne fonctionne pas, tu peux faire un scan en ligne avec Panda : [*]Fais un scan avec panda en désactivant ton antivirus pendant le scan! (Si tu es perdu, tu peux suivre cette aide pour les scans en ligne) [*]Copie/colle le rapport panda ici [/list]

Je viens de terminer la méthode 2. J'ai toujours les mêmes problèmes. L'analyser antivirus online de Secuser a détecté un dossier "m" considéré comme virus bagle. Télécharge ComboFix (créé par sUBs) sur ton Bureau

Démarre en mode sans echec

Double clique combofix.exe.

Tape sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse,et nouveau rapport hijackthis

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

J'espère vraiment, Bibou, qu'on va y arriver
Déjà, je peux démarrer en Mode Sans Echec. Quel Exploit !
Mais j'ai toujours mon antivirus et mon antispyware qui sont anesthésiés, et mon navigateur Firefox qui est pas encore rescusité

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :[list]

Redémarre ton ordinateur [*]Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). [*]A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. [*]Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". [*]Choisis ton compte. [/list]Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :[list] [*]Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. [*]Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. [*]Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. [*]Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. [*]Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. [*]Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. [*]Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. [*]Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. [*]Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis ! [/list]

- Après l'installation, mets le à jour - si ton firewall fait une alerte.. accepte la connexion.
- Assure toi qu'Antivir est bien à jour, vérifie la date d'update.

-- Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec et appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier.

- Ouvre Antivir par le menu Démarrer / Programmes
- Cliquez sur l'onglet Scanner.
- Sélectionne Manual Selection
- Sélectionne le disque C
- Lance le scan - Mets en quarantaine tous les éléments détectés.
- Une fois le scan terminé Enregistre le rapport.

Redémarre en mode normal.

Poste le rapport ici.

C'est fait !
Je n'ai plus ce vieux problème de la fenêtre "Explorer" qui s'ouvrait à chaque démarrage de Windows.

Par contre, j'ai encore les mêmes problèmes. Le virus est-il toujours là ? dois-je reinstaller mon antivirus, mon antispam et Firefox ? que dois-je faire ? Voici un aperçu de mon ecran :

essaye de tous reinstaler mais si tu remet AVK desinstale antivir!!!

J'ai réinstallé avec succès mon "SpywareDoctor" et mon "AntivirusKit 2007" Merciiiiiiiiiiiiii ! .

Par contre je ne sais pas comment désinstaller Firefox. Il n'existe pas dans "Ajout/suppression de programmes" du panneau de configuration. Et dans le dossier "Uninstall" cible de Firefox il n'y a qu'un seul fichier texte et pas d'icône sur lequel cliquer pour désinstaller.

Désinstalle et supprime la totalité des programmes que je t'ai fais installé (sauf certains si tu souhaite les garder pour les utiliser régulièrement comme AVG AS, CCleaner...).

Supprime tous les rapports qui sont apparus lors des divers scans
