[resolu] CouponBar

Bonjour,
j ai fait une analyse par le biais de Spybot et il m a détecté CouponBar.
Lorsque je veux corriger les problèmes, il s affiche : vous allez enlever ces éléments. voulez vous continuer ? je répond oui. Puis il met : Cette action ne peut pas être exécutée complètement car vous n'êtes pas un administrateur. Si vous voulez que ceci soit exécuté pour tous les utilisateurs, veuillez lancer cette application en tant qu'administrateur. je clique ok. la fenêtre suivante : Certains problèmes n'ont pu être corrigés; sans doute parce que les fichiers considérés sont toujours actifs (en mémoire). Cela peut être résolu après un redémarrage. Spybot-S&D doit il se lancer au prochain démarrage du système ? je répond oui. Et ensuite il met : 0 problème corrigé. 7 problèmes n'ont pas pu être corrigés. Vous devriez lancer une recherche en tant qu'administrateur et corriger de nouveau. OK.
QUE DOIS JE FAIRE ???????

Clique alors sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
Le scan se fait très rapidement, puis un bloc-note apparaît
(le "logfile")
Dans ce bloc-note, va dans "Edition", puis "Selectionner Tout",
le texte est alors séléctionné, retourne dans "Edition" toujours
en laissant le texte séléctionné, et clique sur copier.
Colle le contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse !

Télécharge ComboFix (créé par sUBs) sur ton Bureau

Démarre en mode sans échec : http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/telecharger/virus_et_assimiles/failles_de_(...)

Double clique combofix.exe.

Tape sur la touche 1 pour démarrer le scan puis laisse toi guider.

ComboFix redémarrera ton PC

Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse,et nouveau rapport hijackthis

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

bonjour,
je n arrive pas a télécharger combofix !
lorsque je clique sur le lien, je suis directement sur une fenêtre qui me demande si je veux exécuter ou enregistrer le fichier combofix.exe de download.bleepingcomputer.com. je fais exécuter puis une fenêtre apparait : erreur, vous ne pouvez pas renommer combofix en combofix 2. veuillez choisir un autre nom, de préférence composé de caractères alphanumériques. je fais OK puis plus rien ne se passe !!!
j ai windows vista. j ai aussi regardé pour démarrer en mode sans échec mais c est pas expliqué pour windows vista !?

il faut pas "éxécuter" mais "enregistrer" le fichier combofix et quand tu l'enregistre, renomme le en cbf.exe

pour le mode sans échec sous vista, faut appuyer sur F8 lors du boot du pc comme pour xp

J ai refait le scan de spybot et CouponBar apparait toujours mais avec cette fois ci 1 seul élément au lieu de 7 auparavant.

essaie de corriger le pb avec spybot...

Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer (lance Internet Explorer en tant que -> "administrateur" si tu es sous vista)

Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur J'accepte.

Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.

Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.

Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail

Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Bonne nouvelle, j ai réussi a trouver comment faire pour lancer spybot en tant qu administrateur et j ai donc pu réparer les erreurs à savoir le dernier problème que je citais dans mon dernier post.
j ai relancer une nouvelle fois spybot et il n y a plus rien !
je n ai donc pas fait le scan Kaspersky. Faut il que je le fasse quand meme ???
