- Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.
- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller

Je te conseille de désinstaller avast. Tu n'es pas protégé au maximum

Je te conseille d'installer antivir qui est un antivirus gratuit plus efficace et de scanner ton pc une fois installer, et mise à jour.
Poste le rapport une fois fait sur le forum.

Bien, J'ai fait les deux checkfix, mais je ne suis pas capable d'en enlever un en particulier, le O18 - Filter hijack: text/html - (no CLSID) - (no file).

Un autre bémol aussi, j,ai toujours un petit icone qui ressemble au bouclier d'alerte de sécurité windows qui clignote. Le bouclier est juste à coté de mon heure et il clignote rouge avec un x dedans et bleu avec un point d'intérrogation. Un message s'affiche aussi une bulle qui affiche que le système a détecté des trojan. Il me proposent de downloader un update pour enlever les trojans, sauf que l'orsque je clic dessus, la page web ne se connecte pas.

J'oubliais, antivir a été installé, updaté et rouler. Il a trouver 2 infections, mais le problème persiste tjs.

as tu installé un logiciel nommé spyware doctor ?

si oui il faut le desinstaller dans le panneau de configuration /supression de programme
ensuite

telecharger navilog
tu choisiras l'option 1
et tu postes le rapport sur le forum

Peux tu poster un nouveau rapport hijackthis ensuite

1 ère étape, le fichier n'a pas été recu via msn, c'était proposion d'update... Je l'ai détecté sous le nom de scit.exe qui était come un peste, il essayant d'exécuter quelque chose des fichier a ne plus en finir. Je l'ai affaiblis avec adaware, spydoctor et surtout spybot 1.5. Je crois par ailleurs que c'est le scan résident de spybot qui le détectait.

J'ai plusieurs symptôme encore, mon msn 'lag' et lorsque j'écris, le fameux petit bouclier qui clignote (voir plus haut pour sa description) sans cesse me coupe (il apparait un message comme a number of spyware application rallentisse l'oordinateur, ils veulent que je clic sur un lien pour updaté et enlever les spyware, bien sur, j,ai essayer même si je n'aurais pas dû mais cela ne même nul part) et je dois recliquer à l'intérieur de ma fenêtre pour écrire. Autre symptôme bizzare, mon programme excel ne fonctionne plus, il manque le fichier SKU011.CAB? Coincidence p-ê. Ce dernier symptôme n'est pas grave, je vais réinstaller office ou faire une restauration du système. Mais j'aiumerais règler mon problème à la place de restaurer mon système.

Autre chose suspicieuse, je n'ai jamais trouver ce fichier ds mon rapport

Bien, après ma recherche, j'ai trouver ce site que tu connais pour m'y avoir référer.http://www.malekal.com/VirusHeat.php. Il esxplique comment m'en débarasser, c'est bizz que le programme n'apparaisse pas dans le log de Hijackthis comme mentionner sur le site. Tk, j'attends de tes instructions avant de faire quoi que ce soit...

1. restaurer ton pc dans l'état te rapportera les infections que nous avons déjà erradiqué.

Ce fichier a déjà été erradiqué, donc normal de ne pas le trouver dans le rapport.


3. Le fichier responsable de virusheat est celui ci :

que nous allons tenter de nous debarrasser.


Comme indiqué dans la page signalée, va dans ajout suppression de programme désintalle virusheat si tu le trouves dans la liste ou tout autre programme que tu penses ne jamais avoir installé.


Télécharge SmitfraudFix (S!Ri)
# Décompresse-le sur le bureau (clic droit >> Extraire ici).
# Ouvre le dossier et lance Smitfraudix.(cmd)
# Choisis l'option 1.
# Patiente durant l'analyse, enregistre le rapport et poste son contenu.

Désolé pour ne pas t'avoir donné l'information de scit.exe avant, je pensait que spyboot l'avait enlevé complètement et pour virusheat, je ,Lai découvert que hier.

1- l'ajout supression de programme ne me donne aucun programme suspect. Seule chose weird, j'ai 5 programme, après viens un énorme trou (litéralement blanc ). Je défile la barre de défilement et hop le reste des programmes sont confinés en bas!?!

OK, c'est fait...
Je suis présentement sur mon bon vieux p2 600MHz

J'ai des problèmes avec l'ordinateurs qui est infecté, en gros, aussitôt que je touche au clavier, tout 'gele' littéralement. PLus rien ne fonctionne. Par contre, si je n'y touche pas, ma souris fonctionne toujours, et je peux consulté le rapport ainsi qu'internet.

Bonne nouvelle, le petit bouclier est disparue, les messages d'alerte de spyware aussi. Ils ont emporté mon fond d'écran avec eux aussi, ils devaient le trouver trop beau pour s'en séparer

Pour mon clavier et le fait que plus rien ne fonctionne après que j'y ait touché, Tu as une idée parce que le mode sans échec n,est plus disponible non plus, le clavier ne semble pas fonctionner du tout. Smidfraud a-t-il pu enlever les drivers ou quelque chose du genre, je ne m'y connait pas vraiment???

J'ai réussi a récupérer le fichier sur mon ordinateur en l'envoyant par un mail seulement en cliquant sur les addresse avec ma souris.
Lorsque je regarde mon panneau de config, clavier, l'espace est vide et je ne sais pas comment forcer l'ordinateur à détecter le clavier?

as tu regarder si tes drivers de ton clavier usb sont toujours en place ?
as tu tenté de les réinstaller ?

le logiciel n'a rien à voir avec l'infection.

Exactement le problème, le clavier n'est plus en place, il n'est même plus détecté par l'ordinateur. J'ai réussi à le détecter en le branchant directement dans un port usb. Il était branché dans un (je crois que c'est le nom, bref les branchements de souris standart) ps/2 via un adapteur.

Je suis maintenant capable de l'utiliser, mais je me demande pourquoi je ne suis plus capable de le brancher à sa place via l'adapteur(juste àcoté de l'entré, il y a le sigle du clavier et il était branché à cet endroit depuis 1 ans...). Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'ordinateur n'est plus capable de détecter le clavier?

Le réinstallé serait un solution p-e, mais je n'ai pas le cd immédiatement, il est entreposé à l'extérieur, je l'aurai en fds.

Autre question, est-ce que je peux maintanant faire une restauration à un date précédant mon infection??? L'idée est de retrouver le bon fonctionnement d'excel

si tu restaures ton pc tu y retrouveras ton infection.
normalement pour finir tu dois passer ccleaner et tu desactivais puis réactiver la restauration systeme.

pour excel la meilleure solution est de désinstaller puis de réinstaller

pour ton clavier non mais peut etre voir du coté de tes usb, si tu branches un periferique si c'est bien détecté.

Je n'ai jamais brancher un clavier meme avec un adaptateur sur le port souris d'une carte mère.
