Bonjour je pense être infécté car en fait d'un coup le systeme de sécurité s'est désactivé , vista aero est devenue aussi beau que windows 95 et l'ordi s'est redémarré d'un coup j'ai fait une réstauration du systeme mais je suis sur de rien merci pour votre aide

Télécharge GenProc ; double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre.

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim (FileHippo). Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Lance-le et clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. Ferme le programme.

- MSNFix http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip (!aur3n7) et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.


Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici http://www.pcloisirs.eu/mode_sans_echec.htm ; Choisis ta session courante *** matthieu admin *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).


# Etape 2/

Lance le fichier MSNFix.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier MSNfix, sur le bureau.
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N.
- Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.

# Etape 3/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/

Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :

- Le contenu du rapport msnfix.txt situé dans C:\Windows ;
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis http://tinyurl.com/GenProc-HijackThis ;
- Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;

Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

Suis toutes les étapes de la procédure.

LE scan de msn fix dure logntemps c'est normal ? j'ai pas l'impression que ça marche.
Ca reste sur scan ........

Après 5 h il lancé le nettoyage et a dit qu'il fallait redémarrer car il n'avait pas supprimer tous les fichiers.

# Etape 2/
- Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
- Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
- Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
- Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
- Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport C:\TCleaner.txt
- Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

Avant de faire les autres étapes de Genproc, ...

Télécharge, installe et mets à jour Malwarebytes Anti-malware ; puis, fais un scan complet et poste le rapport.

Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats, puis sur Supprimer la sélection.

Par acquis de conscience, fais ce nouveau scan en ligne :

Clique sur J' accepte > Démarrer l' analyse, etc ...

Une fois le scan achevé, sauvegarde le rapport et poste-le.

PS : si tu peux, désactive Kaspersky le temps du scan.

c'est bizzarre il ne veut pas se mettre à jour ni lancer d'analyse.
J'utilise pourtant internet explorer j'ai installé l'activ x et désactiver kaspersky

Tu vas en tenter un autre ...

avec > Kaspersky

Clique sur > Accept.
Il est possible qu’ une barre jaune te demande d’ installer le
Kavwebscan_Unicode.cab (ActiveX) ; installe-le.
Clique une nouvelle fois sur > Accept.
Les mises à jour vont s’ installer. Patiente un moment.
Clique sur > Next.
Clique sur > My Computer (Poste de travail).
Le scan va commencer. Patiente ...
Attends la fin du scan (ne ferme pas la fenêtre, sinon il va stopper).
Une fois le scan achevé, poste le rapport.

Utilise Internet Explorer pour le scan.

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppres… de progr., puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner.
Ensuite, reconnecte-toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Voici ce que j'ai je ne peux pas faire d'analyse et en plus il me dit que le logiciel est conçu uniquement pour les version 32 bits

Clique droit sur UN de ces 3 liens pour installer ComboFix :

ComboFix 1, ComboFix 2 ou ComboFix 3 (par sUBs).

Choisis "Enregistrer sous" (dans IE c'est "Enregistrer la cible/le lien sous..")
et sauvegarde-le (Enregistrer dans) sur le Bureau.

Important : dans "Nom du fichier" enregistre (renomme) "combofix" en combo-fix.exe

Ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications.
Déconnecte-toi du net et désactive tes protections résidentes :

A ce stade, désactive l' UAC : http://tinyurl.com/5zfaxk

Sur le bureau, clique droit sur combo-fix.exe > "Exécuter en tant
qu' administrateur".
Tape sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
ComboFix redémarrera ton PC.
Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra.
Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse et nouveau rapport hijackthis

PS : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Ne pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de Combofix durant l’analyse, cela pourrait provoquer le gel du programme !
