fenetre intempestive verificateur ds word excel 2003 outlook

Bonjour,

Depuis quelque temps g un probleme a l'ouverture de word et excel. Une fenetre intempestive du verificateur d'ortographe se declenche automatiquement des que j'ouvre un document word excel et parfois en faisant nouveau message dans oulook, et impossible de la fermer ce qui m'empeche de travailler sur les documents en question je n'ai plus alors qu'a effectuer la manip ctrl+alt+supp pour fermer le logiciel. j'ai desinstallé, reinstallé, formaté le disque dur, tout réinstallé proprement rien n'y a fait . je suis sous windows xp media center et office 2003 apres avoir eu le probleme avec office 2007, ms le resultat est le meme, s'agit il d'une infection par virus? la desactivation du verificateur n'a rien donné! Un peu d'aide me serait bienvenue merci

Bizarre, on va vérifier cela :

Télécharge Hijackthis V 2.02 sur le bureau :

- Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe sur le bureau

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

- ferme toutes les fenêtres, HJT doit être exécuté seul (tout autre programme fermé).

- lancer HJT et clic sur Do a system scan and save a logfile

Quand le rapport apparaît dans le bloc note, allez dans Edition, puis Sélectionner Tout, le texte est alors sélectionné, retourne dans Edition toujours en laissant le texte sélectionné, et cliquez sur copier.


Dans ta prochaine réponse, faire un clic droit et coller.

Merci de m'avoir répondu. Le problème est résolu : en fait il ne s'agissait pas d'un problème d'infection ni de logiciel mais d'un ennui technique. En effet j'ai remarqué lors du démarage du pc, quand un scan disk demarrait, c'etait marqué veuillez appuyer sur un e touche pour annuler, et le scan etait annulé sans que je fache quoi que ce soit sur le clavier. J'ai donc essayé de brancher un autre clavier ett la plus de soucis aucun, les bugs venaient de celui ci, je ne comprends toujours pas car il etait neuf, mais bon le fait est la . enfin voila , merci quand meme de votre aide
