Détection par scan en ligne, pas par mon AV [résolu]

bonjour,
Mon anti-virus Sophos détecte de temps à autre des objets infectés que je "nettoye". En faisant un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky, je me rends compte que celui-ci me trouve 3 menaces et 4 objets infectés. Est ce normal ? je peux vous envoyer le rapport Kaspersky que j'ai enregistré. Merci d'avance de vos instructions

Par curiosité et pour comparer, fais cet autre scan en ligne ...

-> scan en ligne ...

Clique sur J' accepte > Démarrer l' analyse, etc ...

Une fois le scan achevé, sauvegarde le rapport et poste-le.

1. Télécharge et installe SmitFraudFix (par S!Ri)

Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe
Dans le menu, fais le choix 1 et appuie sur "Entrée" pour créer un
rapport que tu trouveras à la racine du disque dur C:\rapport.txt

Poste-le.

2. Télécharge GenProc ; double-clique sur GenProc.exe
et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre.

après suppression des fichiers demandés et exécution de smitfraudfix.exe, je te fournis le rapport ci-dessous. En ce qui concerne le téléchargement de Genproc, j'ai bien vu la fenêtre bleue s'ouvrir mais je n'ai pas double-cliqué sur le fichier genProc.exe, mon Sophos m'a alors ouvert la fenêtre suivante :
le fichier infecté C:\GenProc\outil\GetVersion.exe a été déplacé dans C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\sophos\sophos anti-virus\infected\getVersion.exe.000
fallait il que je laisse mon Sophos désactivé ?

Télécharge, installe et mets à jour Malwarebytes Anti-malware ; puis, fais un scan complet et poste le rapport.

Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats, puis sur Supprimer la sélection.

Ensuite, ...

Fais un scan HijackThis et poste le rapport.

ci-dessous le second rapport de Malwarebytes anti-malware, j'ai du refaire en effet ce scan, le fichier résultat que j'avais collé dans le presse-papier n'y était plus après le redémarrage de l'ordinateur, il y avait 11 fichiers infectés mais je ne peux malheureusement pas t'envoyer ce rapport, le second m'en a détecté un seul
je te joins également les 2 fichiers de HijackThis

ci-dessous le second rapport de Malwarebytes anti-malware, j'ai du refaire en effet ce scan, le fichier résultat que j'avais collé dans le presse-papier n'y était plus après le redémarrage de l'ordinateur, il y avait 11 fichiers infectés mais je ne peux malheureusement pas t'envoyer ce rapport, le second m'en a détecté un seul

Tu peux d' ores et déjà supprimer ce programme !

Pour cela, affiche les fichiers et dossiers cachés …
Pour ce faire, tu vas dans un dossier, par ex. "Mes Images".
Ensuite, clique sur > Outils > Options des dossiers ...
clique sur l' onglet «Affichage» et ...
coche --> Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
décoche > Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
décoche > Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d' exploitation (recommandé).
Clique «Appliquer» et «OK».

Rends-toi dans > Démarrer > Panneau de config. > Ajout/suppres… de prog.

Supprime, si tu le(s) trouves > EoRezo

Ensuite, va dans > Démarrer > Poste de travail > C:\

et, en suivant le chemin, supprime (clic droit dessus > Supprimer)
le(s) fichier(s) en gras, ci-dessous, si tu le(s) trouves.

Vide la Corbeille.

Nom du fichier : fix.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
clique sur "enregistrer"

L'icône de fix.reg doit ressembler à cela

Quitte Internet et double clique sur fix2.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui".

Pour compléter, ...

Télécharge AD-Remover (de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes applications en cours.

1. Double-clique sur le programme d'installation ; laisse-le
s’ installer par défaut (C:\Program files).
2. Double-clique sur l'icône AD-Remover située sur ton Bureau.
(Pour Vista : clique droit > "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur")
3. Au menu principal, choisis l'option L.
L’ outil débute sa recherche … Laisse-le travailler !
Le scan achevé, une fenêtre va s’ afficher.
4. Poste (copie-colle) le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

(Tu trouveras aussi le rapport sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)
(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil peut être
détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection ; donc, ne pas en tenir compte : il s'agit d'un faux positif.

J'ai supprimé l'application eoengine9.1 par ajout suppression de programmes. j'avais à l'intérieur de ce répertoire un fichier eorezo que tu m'as demandé de supprimer.

Supprime les fichiers en gras :

Vide la Corbeille.

Remet les fichiers et dossiers cachés comme tu les as trouvés !

Lance CCleaner ...
Clique sur > Analyser > Nettoyer, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
(re)Lance le nettoyage et (re)confirme par OK.

Relance un scan Sophos ou Kaspersky pour voir.

Lance un scan Nod32 (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)

- coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :
- C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt <-- le rapport

Désactive Sophos le temps du scan.

Les scan Kaspersky et sophos ne détectent actuellement aucun élément ou fichier infecté.

Clique droit sur ComboFix (par sUBs).

Choisis "Enregistrer sous" (dans IE c'est "Enregistrer la cible/le lien sous..") et sauvegarde-le (Enregistrer dans) sur le Bureau.

Important : dans "Nom du fichier" enregistre (renomme) "combofix" en combo-fix.exe

Prends connaissance de ce tutoriel : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/fr/comment-utiliser-combofix

Ferme toutes les fenêtres et applications.
Déconnecte-toi du net et désactive tes protections résidentes :

Sur le bureau, double clique combo-fix.exe.
Tape sur la touche Y (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
ComboFix redémarrera ton PC.
Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra.
Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse et un rapport scan HijackThis.

PS : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Si, par malchance, tu n'as plus accès à ta connexion Internet après avoir fait tourner ComboFix, la première chose à faire est de redémarrer ton PC.
Cette seule manip devrait corriger la grande majorité des problèmes de non-connexion à Internet après l'utilisation de ComboFix..
Si tu n'as toujours pas de connexion Internet après avoir redémarré, exécute les étapes suivantes :
1. Clique sur le bouton Démarrer > Paramètres > Panneau de configuration ;
2. Après l'ouverture du Panneau de configuration, fais un double clic sur l'icône Connexions réseau ;
3. Si ton Panneau de configuration est paramétré pour un affichage en catégories, fais un double clic sur Connexions réseau et Internet puis, clique sur Connexions réseau tout en bas.
4. Tu verras alors, une liste de toutes les connexions réseau disponibles. Repère la connexion vers ton adaptateur Sans Fil ou Réseau local et fais un clic droit dessus.
5. Ensuite, tu verras un menu similaire à celui de l'image ci-dessous. Clique simplement sur l'option de menu Réparer.



6. Laisse le processus de réparation se dérouler et, lorsqu'il a terminé, ta connexion Internet devrait être de nouveau opérationnelle.
Sinon, si une icône de ton réseau apparaît aussi dans la barre des tâches Windows, tu peux la réparer en faisant un clic droit sur l'icône et en choisissant Réparer comme le montre l'image ci-dessous :



Ne pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de Combofix durant l’analyse, cela pourrait provoquer le gel du programme

(re)Lance le nettoyage et (re)confirme par OK.

Télécharge et installe UsbFix (par Chiquitine29)

Branche tes sources de données externes au PC (clé USB, mp3, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectées et ce, sans les ouvrir.

Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

Au menu principal, choisis l'option "F" (pour français) et valide par Entrée.

Au second menu, choisis l'option 1 (recherche) et valide par Entrée.

Laisse l'outil travailler ...

Enfin, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est conservé a la racine du disque dur (C:\UsbFix.txt)

(CTRL+A pour tout selectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

j'ai suivi tes consignes. Je n'ai par contre pas connecté de sources de données pour effectuer le scan usbfix, je n'ai pas ma clé USB avec moi, je connecte aussi assez souvent ma carte d'appareil photo qui n'est d'ailleurs pas lu, je pourrai te dire plus tard quel est le message, je ne l'ai pas non plus avec moi.

Je pense que nous avons fait le tour de la question concernant
l' exposé ci-dessus. Kaspersky trouvera tjrs quelque chose à se mettre sous la dent par rapport à Sophos qui n' a pas la réputation d' être dans les tout meilleurs antivirus ...

Cela dit, la protection suffit amplement (avec un bon parefeu et un antispyware digne de ce nom, comme Malwarebytes ou, à un degré moindre, Spybot) ainsi qu' une attitude vigilante.

As-tu autre chose qui ne va pas ?

As-tu mis Adobe Reader à jour ?

Clique droit sur SdFix (par AndyManchesta)

Choisis "Enregistrer sous" (dans IE c'est "Enregistrer la cible/le lien sous..") et sauvegarde-le (Enregistrer dans) sur le Bureau.

Important : dans "Nom du fichier" enregistre (renomme) "sdfix" ou "SdFix.exe" en sd-fix.exe

Redémarre en mode sans échec (de préférence par F8 au démarrage).

Tu n' auras pas accès à Internet pendant le "mode sans échec".
Aussi, copie/colle la procédure dans un fichier texte (word) et mets-la
sur le "bureau" pour l' avoir à ta disposition.
--------------------------------------------

Sur le bureau, double-clique sur sd-fix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire sur le Bureau.
Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur RunThis.cmd (ou RunThis.bat) pour lancer le script.

Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre des trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.

Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.

Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.

Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera "Finished".
Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.

Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

Copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

j'ai bien mis à jour Abode Reader. J'aimerai par contre supprimer tous les outils téléchargés sur le bureau durant les manips demandés.
Il ne me reste plus que le souci de la carte de mon appareil photo qui n'est pas lue, c'est n'est peut être pas de ton ressort ?

Pour cela, télécharge ToolsCleaner (par A.Rothstein et dj QUIOU) sur ton bureau.

1. Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...
2. Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
-> Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
3. Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
4. Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

(CCleaner et Malwarebytes ne seront pas supprimés du fait de leur participation à la bonne santé du PC)


Je t' invite à changer de catégorie pour cela.
"Photo / Vidéo" semble être la plus proche pour ce problème.

Pour conclure, et si tu estimes que ton problème est réglé,
replaces-toi sur ton 1er message et clique sur le bouton "éditer".
Une fois dans le message, inscris (copie/colle) en titre,
ce qui est cadré …


… et clique sur > Envoyer.
