Activation Mise A jour Automatique

voila depuis aujourdui mes mises a jour automatique sont desctiver et il m'est impossible de les réactiver

le plus bizarre c'est que dans les parametre des mise a jour auto la case "installation automatique (recommender)" est cocher et dans le centre de securiter windows ils sont désactiver quand je clique sur activer les mise a jour il reste "desactiver" et quand je vais sur le site windows update il me dise que mes mises a jours sont desactiver, et quand je vais dans les outhlis d'administration le service "mise a jour automatique" il est desactivé et quand je selectionne "automatique" et que je fait demarré sa marche pas j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche

Sûrement un virus , j'avais le même problème il y a quelques mois ..
Dans l'attente d'un helper ,
fais un scan COMPLET avec malwarebytes' AntiMalware et poste le rapport stp .

Ensuite fais un scan avec ton antivirus .
