Formulaire d'auto-répondeur

Bonjour à tous,

je voudrai mettre un code d'auto-répondeur dans un template constitué de plusieurs images.
Je voudrai savoir comment entrer mon code d'auto-répondeur tout en conservant le template.Sur ce template je suis obligé de remplacer une image ( celle du bouton pour s'inscrire) mais lorsque j'effectue ce changement le bouton n'est plus cliquable.
