Salut a tous, je recontre un probleme avec mon pc, je fais actuellement un essai avec windows vista ultimat, mais j'ai plus de son depuis, ma carte son est intergre et ma carte mere est une asus A7V400, meme chez le producteur de la carte ????????
y a t'il une autre solution que de rajouter une carte son pci.

Quand tu parles d'un essai de vista tu veux dire quoi par là. Tu as formaté pour installer vista, créé un multiboot?
Si tu viens juste d'installer vista il te faut les bons pilotes pour ton matériel audio etc...
Va dans demarrer ---> panneau de configuration ---> Matériel et Audio ---> gestionnaire de périphériques ---> afficher le matériel et les périphériques.
Regarde si tu n'as pas des !.

j'ai fais un miltiboot, et justement j'ai un ! sur les peripheries audio, est impossible de trouver un pilote, j'aurais aimez sauvoir si il y avait une solution, ou si il me fallait mettre une carte son .

Essaye d'analyser ton ordinateur si tu as internet.
Si celui-ci détecte un pilote pour ta carte son télécharge le et installe le.

Si celui-ci ne trouve rien cherche le pilote manuellement

erci, je n'avais plus pensser a eux, je vais faire un tour, je pense que tu as pas bien lu ma question, je n'ais pas de carte son pour le moment, elle est integrer a ma carte mere et tourne bien avec xp, c'est avec vista que sa merde, donc si je ne trouve aucune autre solution je prendrais a se moment la une carte son qui tourne avec vista, merci pour le coups de main.

j'ai bien bien cherché pour toi , tu es loin d'etre un cas isolé , il faut etre bilingue anglais et avoir vraiment de la patience : voila le fruit des recherches testé par un utilisateur américain sous vista :
un driver supposé etre pour xp qui tourne sur vista pour les différents ad198x

anyway,,I have found a better driver than the one I made for the ASUS boards with the AD1888 codec. It sounds brilliant, and as good as my old XP setup.
You need to find & download a DELL driver: version 5.12.01.5246 and extract it to a folder on desktop. Then open device manager/Sound,video & Game controllers/Soundmax Audio/Driver/Update Driver/Browse my computer for driver software/Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer/Click on Have Disk /and then browse to where you un packed the driver.Click on the SMAXWDM Folder/then open the W2K_XP folder/and chose smwdmCH5inf.
Click Ok and Vista will give you warnings about not knowing if the driver will wreck your system/just keep cliking OK on the warnings and it will eventually install it for you.
Reboot and you will have perfect crystal clear sound with heaps of Base & trebble again.

I have been trying drivers for a year now ( must have downloaded at least 50 by now ) and this one is the best one I can find for the 1888 codec on Vista 32bit. I think it is originally for the 198x codec, but who cares as long as it works 100%.
