Problème installation avast

Sur l'icône bleue je vois un petit signe rouge, et quand je clique dessus, un message s'affiche, disant que « Le sous système AAVM a détecté une erreur RPC ». Est-ce grave ?

A: Tout d'abord, mettez votre système à jour via Windows Update pour vous assurer que le service ‘’RPC’’ est actualisé. Redémarrez, et observez si le problème est réglé. Si non, procédez ainsi :

1. Clique-droit sur l'icône du " POSTE DE TRAVAIL " puis dans le menu s'affiche sélectionnez "GERER".
2. Dans la colonne de gauche de la fenêtre suivante qui apparaîtra sélectionnez " SERVICES ET APPLICATIONS ".
3. Double-clique sur SERVICES.
4. Dans la colonne de droite, regardez l'état des services Appel de procédure distante (RPC) et avast! Antivirus.
5. Si l'un de ces services n'est pas mis en ‘démarrage automatique’, faites-le de cette manière (Clique-droit sur le service et sélectionnez PROPRIETES. choisissez AUTOMATIQUE pour le TYPE DE DEMARRAGE). Redémarrez l'ordinateur après avoir fait le changement.
6. S’ils sont est déjà mis en ‘’démarrage automatique’’, alors vérifiez le statut des services. S’il n’est pas ‘’démarré’’, essayez de le démarrer (clique-droit et sélectionnez DEMARRER).
7. Si le service ne peut pas être démarré, votre installation pourrait-être corrompue. Essayez de réparer l'installation d'avast! en faisant ceci: Cliquez sur DEMARRER -> PANNEAU DE CONFIGURATION -> AJOUTER ou SUPPRIMER des PROGRAMMEA -> avast! Antivirus -> MODIFIER/SUPPRIMER et sélectionnez REPARER.

Cette Solution peut être utilisée uniquement sur les systèmes Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista et 2003.

a: first, use windows update to be sure that all windows components (including "rpc") is up to date. then restart your computer and check if the problem persists. if it persists, follow these instructions:

1. right-click the icon my computer and select manage.
2. in left column unroll services and applications.
3. click on services.
4. in the right column, look at the state of service avast! antivirus.
5. if the service isn't set to start automatically, set it that way (right-click it and select properties and the startup type set to automatic). restart the computer after making the change.
6. if it was already set to "automatic", check the status of the service. if it not "started", try to start it (right-click it and select start).
7. if the service cannot be started, your avast! installation might be corrupted. try repairing the avast! installation: click start -> control panel -> add/remove programs -> avast! antivirus -> change/remove and select repair.

this solution works on windows nt, 2000, xp and 2003 only.
