Bonjour,

En effet, que ce soit avec le bouton droit de la souris, ou par le panneau de configuration, je nai plus accès au tableau de réglage. IL m'est donc impossible de paramétrer l'affichage ( alimentation etc... )
J'ai toujours un seul sous-écran unique : "thème de bureau ", qui, lui, fonctionne, et "fenêtre active" en incrustation, mais qui est bloqué.
Merci de votre aide. :??:

Pas de virus, pas de spyware. Mais en cliquant sur "installation" d'un écran de veille que je viens de télécharger, je retrouve, oh surprise....! le panneau de commande de l'écran de veille et de l'alimentation. Ils n'ont donc pas complètement disparus de mon ordi. Ca peut être un indice.
Toujours impossible de les avoir normalement par le panneau de configuration ou avec le clic droit sur le bureau. :chepa:

Télécharge puis installe ce patch :

Ensuite, redémarre l'ordinateur.

Je pense que ta bécane est infectée par un malware que ton antivirus ni ton anti spyware n'ont détecté. Tu peux essayer Hitman Pro, c'est gratuit. Voici le lien :

Spybot, Ad Aware, le très efficace spy Sweeper que je viens de prendre en version payante ( et suite aux conseils du n° 385 de micro-hebdo), aucun n'a rien trouvé....sauf Norton qui m'a trouvé NDotNet. J'avais cru m'en débarasser, mais il est revenu.... Je me bats avec sur le forum "sécurité", mais ça n'a pas l'air évident !

Peut-il y avoir un lien avec mon affichage ? Tout le reste fonctionne parfaitement et je n'ai généralement pas le ralentissement du micro qui m'aurait mis la puce à l'oreille

1) Télécharge HijackThis ici :
http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/HijackThis.exe

2) Mets-le dans un dossier spécial, par exemple C:\HijackThis.

3) Double-clique sur HijackThis.exe.

4) Lance l'analyse en cliquant sur "Do a system scan and save a log file"

5) Une fois l'analyse terminée, enregistre le résultat dans un fichier texte.

6) Ouvre le fichier que tu viens d'enregistrer et fais un copier/coller de son contenu ici.

fml : j'ai posté dans deux topics parce qu'il s'agit au départ de deux problèmes bien différents :
1)Problème windows avec mes paramètres d'affichage bloqués.
2) Problème avec NDotNet, d'où un sujet sur le forum sécuritaire.

Je n'ai jamais pensé que ces deux problèmes soient liés. Ils ne le sont d'ailleusr peut-être pas... Il aurait été pratique de pouvoir travailler des deux bouts puisqu'il s'agit de questions bien différentes.

Jean-chretien : je suis désolé pour ce retard, mais toutes mes pages se sont refermées en cours d'analyse. Je dois donc tout recommencer et c'est un scan très long.
Il y a bien quelque chose : au tiers de l'analyse sur " poste de travail" il y a
logiciel espion : 1
risque de sécurité : 1

Faut-il la poursuivre jusqu'au bout ?

Désolé, mais toutes mes pages viennent de se refermer brutalement à mi-analyse. C'est encore tout perdu... Peut-être aurais-je du fermer au préalable spy weeper qui tourne en continu?

Re-plantage, alors que le disque C: avait fini d'être analysé et que l'avancement de la barre commençait enfin à être plus rapide...décourageant.

Sur le deuxième lien, j'ai le message suivant :Failed to load interface -- You must have administrative rights on this computer; you also must have the Internet Explorer security settings to the Medium level.

Je suis pourtant réglé au niveau moyen il me semble ( niveau par défaut) et je n'ai qu'un seul compte non partagé

Télécharge eScan ( http://www.mwti.net/download/tools/mwav.exe ) :
Lancer eScan
.. (pour un scan complet)
.. cocher la case "Drive"
.. sélectionner le bouton-radio "Scan All Files"
. cliquer sur le bouton "Scan Clean" (sous Action)
Le scan dure un certain temps... efficace, eScan distingue plusieurs catégories dans les éléments douteux :
.. "No action taken" pour des éléments qu'il reconnait finalement comme n'étant pas des virus
.. "File renamed" pour des éléments douteux
.. "File deleted" pour ceux qui ne méritent que çà !

La version gratuite ne supprimera pas les programmes potentiellement malicieux trouvés.
Puis coller ici le rapport en évitant les lignes redondantes (qui sont pareil).

Bizarre que le rapport fût si rapide. Tu dois avoir peu de fichiers sur ton ordinateur (?)

Fais ceci :

- Easy Cleaner : http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm#download
(il faut prendre celui-ci files/EClea2_0.exe (2,72mb) (with installer, recommended)). Installe-le et c'est tout pour l'instant.

télécharge KillBox http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.exe
et l'installer dans un repertoire dédié (ex: C:\killbox\)

Lancer killbox.exe
Cocher le bouton"Delete on Reboot "
Coller la première ligne ci-dessous
C:\WINDOWS\NDNuninstall6_38.exe
Cliquer sur la croix rouge
« will be Deleted on Next Reboot » Répondre OUI
« File will be Removed on Reboot, Do you want to reboot now ? » Répondre OUI

Le PC va redémarrer et supprimer le fichier.

Lance Easy Cleaner, vas uniquement dans la fonction "registre", clique sur "trouver". Quand le scan est terminé, supprime toutes les clés précédées d'un rond vert (et pas rouge, s'il y en a). Il peut y en avoir beaucoup, c'est variable.
Toujours dans Easy Cleaner, utilise les fonctions "inutiles", "vider fichiers", "vider cookies"

En aucun cas n'utilise la fonction "doublons" avec ce logiciel.

Vérifie si le fichier C:\WINDOWS\NDNuninstall6_38.exe est toujours là.

Je connais bien Easy Cleaner, je l'ai sur le bureau. Je l'utilise peu, car il " coince " souvent à la suppression. Sauf à supprimer les fichiers par petits paquets. Tout d'un seul coup et il refuse presque systématiquement.

Ceci dit, tout ça m'a fait un bon nettoyage, mais hélas ce fameux fichier est toujours là dans C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch.

Oui ! J'allais juste le signaler. Maintenant : "application inconnue." et il ne peut plus s'ouvrir C'est la grande différence avec avant. Il me suffit donc de le supprimer ?

J'ai d'ailleurs lu que tout le contenu du dossier prefetch sauf Layout pouvait être supprimé. Est-ce vrai? Il y a énormément de choses là dedans.

Oui le fichier C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\NDNuninstall6_38.pf tu peux le supprimer et vider ta corbeille. Lance quand même une recherche, si ce n'est déjà fait, de ce fichier : NDNuninstall (mieux vaut prévoir large)
Le répertoire "prefetch" contient des fichiers .pf destinés à rendre le lancement de l'application (dont ils ont le même nom) plus rapide.
Supprimer ces fichiers est sans danger.

Pour le layout.ini, ma foi, c'est vrai qu'il y a une polémique, mais bon. Personnellement depuis un an je fais cela régulièrement (avec cleanup et désormais Ccleaner qui ne se soucient pas de ce fichier) et jamais eu aucun problème. Et je ne suis pas le seul.

Concernant Easy Cleaner, il ne peut pas supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Certains sont en cours d'utilisation. En mode sans échec il devrait travailler mieux.

Un grand merci pour ta patience et cette longue intervention.

Pour résumer, au cas où je le récupère- ce qui est tout à fait possible ne sachant pas sur quel site je l'ai attrappé- c'est la combinaison de killbox et easy cleaner qui me débarassera à l'avenir de ce problème ?
Quel gain de temps de le savoir! .

Ceci dit, nous avons été dévié sur ce forum parce que j'avais parallèlement des problèmes avec les paramètres d'affichage. Il semble se confirmer que ce ne soit pas lié, puisque ma fenêtre d'affichage est toujours bloquée sur le même onglet.

je t'ai proposé cette combinaison
easy cleaner -> pour le registre, en raison de ces lignes "Entry "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts" refers to invalid object ".ask". Action Taken: No Action Taken."
killbox -> en général c'est pour les fichiers un peu résistants. La suppression est plus aisée du fait qu'elle se déroule dès le démarrage de l'ordinateur;

Bonjour,

Les choses ont bien avancées, mais il reste encore quelques problèmes.

Ce matin, Norton ne m'a plus trouvé NDnuninstall6, ce qui est normal après le travail de la nuit dernière. Donc plus de virus ou logiciel publicitaire pour Norton.
J'ai voulu repasser eScan par acquis de conscience avec une analyse très détaillée incluant les arborescence de tous les fichiers. Là il semble d'après le rapport qu'il reste 1 virus qui résiste toujours...
Pour ne pas être hors sujet sur ce forum, peut-être est-ce le lien avec mes paramètres d'affichage bloqués?

ok.
"System Volume Information" signifie qu'il est dans ta restauration système.

Télécharge RegSearch
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/misc/regsearch.zip

- dézipper dans un répertoire dédié tel que C:\Program Files
- double clique sur RegSearch.exe
- copie colle ceci :
bearshare
dans la zone de recherche et clique sur OK
- après recherche, le bloc-notes ouvre une fenêtre avec toutes les instances trouvées
- le fichier est en outre sauvegardé dans le même répertoire que celui de RegSearch
- ferme RegSearch par Cancel
- copie-colle le contenu des fenêtres dans un post, ici
- ferme le bloc-notes

Mince, au moment de lancer RegSearch, j'ai le message suivant en rouge : "SteelWerX assumes no liability for the use of this program. " Puis ça bloque. J'avoue ne pas comprendre le message.

je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y a tant de personnes qui ont des problèmes avec RegSearch. Il consomme énormément de ressources pendant qu'il cherche, donc ne rien faire pdt ce temps.

Retente, mais en mode sans échec, éventuellement. Le terme à rechercher est le suivant :

Bon, ça n'a pas marché probablement parce que j'avais pris l'habitude d'ouvrir eScan, sans l'enregistrer. Du coup je me suis retrouvé dans l'impossibilité de scanner en mode sans echec.

Bon ce n'est pas très clair à lire tout ça. Il y en a trop.

Lance-le en mode sans échec. Lui,n il va réparer les problèmes. C'est un bon "fouineur" de plus.
