(Bug au démarage - scan hijackthis)--- autre bug

Salut à tous,
je viens solliciter votre aide pour dépanner un ami qui galère un peu avec son pc portable ( un Dell - inspiron 1525 ) qui pourtant n'a que quelque semaine d'existence...
Donc par moment la barre des tâches et le menu démarrer se bloquent et deviennent complètement opaque, donc obligé de rallumer le pc, qui affiche en retour un ecran bleu avec des instructions au démarrage...
Les rapports antivirus n'ayant rien donnés (avast / bitdefender v10 / spybot) je vous transmet le scan hijackthis.

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim
Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Lance-le et clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. Ferme le programme.

- SmitfrauFix de S!Ri: Moe et Balltrap34 http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
* double-clique sur le fichier "smitfraudfix.exe" et choisis l’option 1, il va lister tous les éléments nuisibles dans un rapport : poste le maintenant.

- MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7) http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip et décompresse-le sur le Bureau.


***** Copie ce qui suit dans un fichier texte et redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici http://www.pcloisirs.eu/mode_sans_echec.htm (choisis ta session courante "pierre alexis") *****


# Etape 2/

Double-clique sur le fichier "SmitfraudFix.exe" et choisis l'option 2, réponds oui à tout et laisse-le procéder. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton bureau.

# Etape 3/

Lance le fichier MSNFix.bat qui se trouve dans le dossier MSNfix, sur le bureau.
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N.
- Sauvegarde ce rapport sur ton bureau.

# Etape 4/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 5/

Redémarre normalement et poste :
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis, toutes fenêtres et applications fermées http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HiJackThis.exe ;
- Le rapport SmitfraudFix que tu as sauvegardé sur ton bureau ;
- Le contenu du rapport MSNfix situé sur le Bureau ;


Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

Ce qui était demandé a été fait, donc j'espère ça ira mieux

Met-le à jour puis passe en mode sans échec :

Choisi, Exécuter un examen complet
Si une infection est trouvée, coche la case a coté et valides avec l’Onglet Supprimer la sélection

Poste le rapport final.

Déjà fait cela.

Fait ceci pour supprimer les logiciels de cette infection.
Fermes toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge, ToolsCleaner! Sur ton Bureau.

Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
Poste-moi le rapport(TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C :\).

Avant de faire cette étape le pc a fait le même bug ,
Donc on a fait ce qui était demandé mais le problème c'est que le logiciel ne veut pas créer de rapport, quand mon ami quitte l'application il ne crée pas de rapport et mets "accès refusé"...
Il a quand même fait un copier/coller de la recherche

bon il suffit de supprimer "HijackThis" par ajout suppression de programmes

et supprimer le dossier Trend Micro dans C:\program Files.

Voila.



tu ne m'as pas préciser quand que tout allait bien mainrenant.

HijackThis a été supprimé et le dossier aussi, mais le repport ne veut toujours pas se faire...
Et pour ce qui concerne la tendance bugale du pc pour l'instant rien à signaler sauf ce matin ou il y'a eu le même problème (mais c'était avant d'avoir finit toutes les étapes)
Je t'informerais si ça bug une nouvelle fois.

Bien sur si tu veux remettre un logiciel au démarrage fait cela:
Lance HIJACKTHIS :
hijackthis>Open the Misc Tools section>Backup>sélectionne la (ou les)ligne(s) désirée et valides Restore

Je sais pas si télécharger vista sp1 réglera le problème, j'en doute

Bon je ne suis pas sur que le SP1 résous cela.
La je ne peux te guider.

Par contre vérifies que ta carte graphique est bien a jour ainsi que ta carte réseau si tu es branché en RJ45.
Je te dis cela car pour ma part Vista plantait quelques fois et j'ai fini pas trouver que cela venait de ma carte réseau et je l'ai mis à jour et maintenant tout vas bien.

Ce pc fait de la rébellion, snif...
En effet maintenant y'a un autre problème, alors voilà en allumant le pc le son c'est mis a ne plus fonctionner, sur la barre d'outil en bas a gauche il y'a l'icône du son avec une croix rouge et on peut lire "aucun périphérique de sortie audio n'est installé"
j'ai été dans les panneaux de config >son mais cela m'écrivait la même chose !

Justement le problème c'est qu'il y'a écrit : " aucun périphérique installé "

Bah c'est les enceintes du pc portable donc ça peut pas être au niveau des branchements

Bizarre il détecte bien la carte son pourtan..

Regarde cela STp.

demarrer >panneau de configuration>Materiels et audio>En bas a gauche clique sur ajuster le volume du systeme Clique sue onglet périphériques et vérifies ce qui est valider.

bah en fait il a réinstallé le cd des drivers et nikel!
